Please use the below guidelines to get an understanding of our shipping and delivery terms.
We currently ship to the following regions:

Shipping
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Below you can see the shipping prices depending on where your home is.
USA – Shipping rates (incl. VAT) and delivery time:
- FedEx Standard Home Delivery: 20 USD
- FedEx Express Home Delivery: 35 USD
- The estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days for standard delivery and 2-3 business days for express delivery.
- Free shipping for orders above 250 USD
- Duties and tariffs included. As of August 27, 2025, all applicable duties, tariffs, and import taxes are covered in the purchase price at checkout. You will not be asked to pay any additional fees to receive your order.
Please note that due to recent changes in U.S. import regulations, customs processing may take longer. - The total order value is calculated before the addition of promo codes or discounts. All prices are inclusive of tariffs and duties.
DENMARK – Shipping rates (incl. VAT) and delivery time:

- Estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days.

- Free shipping for orders above 350 AUD
CANADA – Shipping rates (excl. VAT) and delivery time:
- FedEx Standard Home Delivery: 30 CAD
- FedEx Express Home Delivery: 50 CAD
- Estimated delivery time for standard delivery is 3-5 business days and 2-3 business days for express delivery.
- Free shipping for orders above 300 CAD
- Please note that additional import and custom charges might apply.
WORLDWIDE – Shipping rates (excl. VAT) and delivery time:
- UPS Express Home Delivery ODD: 45€
- Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.
Please note that depending on your order and country, you might be liable to pay local taxes and duties on receipt of your order, for which we cannot accept liability. The refusal of payment of such fees causes a full cancellation of the order. Transportation cost and custom clearance cost associated with a cancellation will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking code, where you will be able to track your order. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for the tracking link to work. If you have an account on the sardinactive.com website, you will be able to track your order under 'Order history' section for each order that has been shipped.

Returns
How to return my order?
Returns on all orders placed between 5 November and 25 December are extended until 31 January.
Products should be returned new, unused and with all Tekla tags. Products should be returned new, unused and with all Tekla tags.
Tekla will refund the full amount of the returned products – all other expenses related to returns or exchanges are covered by the customer.
Please follow online guidance in the return portal to proceed with your return and purchase a return label, as return labels are not included as a part of the order. You can also contact customercare@teklafabrics.com to arrange the return of the product(s).
For orders placed in Denmark, we also offer exchanges or returns in our store at Vognmagergade 7, opening hours can be found on the store page. Please bring your order number in order for us to process your exchange or return.
Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to you at your expense.
You are liable for a possible deterioration of the product's value caused by you in the way of trying the products. You may try the product in the way you would in a shop without causing any sort of deterioration. If the product is used in any other way than described above we consider the product as used and you will lose your right of return partially or completely.
You will receive confirmation within two days of your return being received. Once this has been processed, your refund will be issued to the credit card used to place the order. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to reach your account.
We do not accept responsibility for products lost in shipping back to us so we recommend you keep a postage receipt with tracking number as proof that the package was sent.

Can I return a part of the order?
Yes, you may return the full order or part of the order. Please follow the guidance for returning the items via Returns portal.
We are also happy to assist with a return if you are not satisfied with your order no later than 30 days from the day you received the order.

Can I exchange an order?
We are happy to assist you with an exchange of your items, up until 30 days after receiving your order.
Please contact our customer care to arrange for an exchange.

How do I exchange an order?

When arranging exchanges, we cover the cost of the return shipping so that you will only pay for the shipping of the new products. Moreover, additional products can be added to your exchange.

Products returned should not be used or have any damage and must be returned with original tags and packaging.
When will I receive my refund?
As soon as we have received and accepted your return, your refund will be issued to the credit card that was initially used to place the order. Please allow up to 10 business days for our warehouse to process your return and refund. Tekla will refund the full amount of the returned products – all other expenses related to returns or exchanges are covered by the customer.
