Returns & Exchanges
For any quality and sizing concerns with the delivered pieces, you may contact us at hello@sardinactive.com within 15 days from delivery. Once your case is reviewed and approved, we will send instructions to facilitate the replacement. Please include the following information: Your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a description of the issue.
How do I make a purchase?
To make a purchase, navigate to your desired item on our store. Select the correct size based on our sizing chart and click add to cart. When you're ready to pay, click the cart on the upper right corner of the screen and proceed to the checkout where you can choose your method of payment. Once the payment is done, you will receive a confirmation email after a few minutes.
Please do note that orders cannot be modified nor cancelled once payment is done.
When will I receive my order?
If the pieces in your order are in stock, your order will ship within 1-2 business days after your invoice has been paid. Shipping timelines vary per region and should be considered when placing your order.
How do I check the status of my order?
You may refer to the tracking number provided in the confirmation email sent after your purchase. Head on over to the website of the courier and input the tracking number on their status checker.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Customs and duties fees are not included in the purchase price or transport cost and will be due on delivery.
By placing an order, you agree that you are solely responsible for any customs, import duties, taxes, or other fees that may be incurred once your order reaches your country.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Once an order leaves our office and is handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number. Please ensure all shipping details are accurate. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
